"Experienced Appraisers Inc in not an AMC (Appraisal Management Company). Experienced Appraisers Inc does not hire independent appraisers nor make assignments. Based on appraisers expertise Experienced Appraisers Inc suggests any potential client an option to utilize a qualified appraiser for a flat booking fee. Experienced Appraisers Inc does not review, track nor manage data on the properties being appraised. Client pays independent appraisers directly for the appraisal fee and a separate flat booking fee to Experienced Appraisers Inc. Both fees are disclosed on an invoice
