What type of appraisal do I need for a Trust

In most instances a General Purpose Appraisal Report will suffice for accounting or financial planning documentation requirements associated with residential property.

Determining the correct type of appraisal you need will usually require a phone interview. Our appraisers are experienced in identifying what form may be needed for your specific situation. Our office has experience providing independent valuations for IRS submission, tax planning, estate, asset update value and portfolio consults. We work with a variety of executors, financial and estate planners. Our appraisers provide discretion and respect your privacy.

We also know that many executors can get overwhelmed by the process. We will work with you to ensure you are comfortable with the process, and that the end results can be used for your intended purpose.
